The roots of McCallen & Sons are in commercial real estate.  In the mid 1980’s the firm was founded with a specialty in marketing, consulting and valuation services in the gas station and convenience store industry.  It became the dominant firm in that industry and remains so today.  McCallen still operates a vibrant real estate brokerage division and operates a very popular and successful website, wesellstations.com.  Due to the company’s success and expertise, lenders sought out the firm to provide receivership, trustee, and expert witness services.  Today, there are two divisions---one is commercial real estate; the other is receivership.
